Terms of service
Last updated: 14 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to consultations and treatments provided by Electrolysis by Natalia. By booking a consultation or treatment, you agree to them. Please read them carefully — they do not affect your statutory rights.
1. About us
Electrolysis by Natalia is run by the sole trader who owns and runs Electrolysis by Natalia, based in London, United Kingdom. You can contact us via Instagram Direct (@electrobynatalia).
2. Using this website
The information on this website is general information about electrolysis. It is not medical advice and does not replace an individual consultation or advice from a doctor. We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or always available, and we may change or remove content at any time.
This website links to Instagram and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or how they use your data.
All text, photographs, design and branding on this website belong to Electrolysis by Natalia or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
3. Enquiries, consultations and bookings
- Enquiries and bookings are made via Instagram Direct. Clicking a button on this website opens Instagram; it does not book an appointment.
- An appointment is only confirmed when Natalia confirms the date and time to you.
- A consultation does not oblige you to book a treatment.
- The free consultation is offered as part of a promotional campaign. We may change, pause or end the campaign at any time; this does not affect consultations already confirmed.
- A consultation is not a medical diagnosis. If you have a medical condition, you may be asked to get advice or written consent from your GP before treatment.
4. Your health information
For your safety you must give complete and accurate information about your health, medication, pregnancy, implanted devices, skin conditions and previous treatments, and tell us about any changes before each appointment. Natalia may refuse, postpone or stop treatment if, in her professional judgement, it is not suitable or safe. We are not responsible for any reaction or outcome caused by information that was incomplete, inaccurate or withheld.
5. Treatment and results
- Electrolysis treats hair follicles individually and usually requires a course of appointments. The number of sessions needed, the time it takes and the results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
- Electrolysis is recognised as a method of permanent hair removal, but this does not mean that every hair is removed in one session, or that new hairs will never grow (for example due to hormonal changes).
- Possible side effects include temporary redness, swelling and small scabs and, less commonly, changes in skin pigmentation or scarring — particularly if aftercare is not followed. These will be explained to you, and you will be asked to sign a consent form before treatment.
- You can ask to pause or stop a treatment at any time.
6. Aftercare
You will be given aftercare advice, and it is important that you follow it. We are not responsible for reactions or complications resulting from aftercare advice not being followed. If you are worried about how your skin is healing, contact us promptly or seek medical advice.
7. Prices and payment
The standard price is £55 per hour of treatment. Prices are for treatment time, not for a full course; the total cost depends on the area and the number of sessions you need. The price of each appointment and the payment arrangements will be confirmed before treatment. We may change our prices, but the price confirmed for a booked appointment will not change.
8. Introductory offer (code ELECTRO)
- The introductory price of £35 per hour is available to the first 10 new clients who quote the code ELECTRO when arranging their appointment, before treatment begins.
- It is an hourly rate, not the price of a full course of treatment.
- One use per client; it cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless Natalia agrees.
- Natalia will confirm whether the offer applies to you. The offer ends once 10 clients have used it and may be withdrawn earlier; this does not affect appointments already confirmed at the offer price.
9. Cancelling or changing an appointment
If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please let us know as early as possible via Instagram Direct. Any cancellation or late-arrival terms will be explained to you before you book — we will not charge any fee that you were not told about in advance. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened so that the next client is not delayed.
We may need to cancel or move an appointment for reasons such as illness. We will tell you as soon as possible and offer another time, or refund anything you have paid for that appointment.
10. Your legal right to cancel
If you book at a distance (for example via Instagram), you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days of the booking being confirmed, without giving a reason. If you ask for your appointment to take place within those 14 days and then cancel, you may have to pay for any treatment already provided. Once a treatment has been fully provided at your request, the right to cancel that treatment ends.
11. Our responsibility to you
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If something goes wrong, please tell us promptly so we can try to put it right.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses caused by information you did not give us or by aftercare not being followed. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any treatment is limited to the amount you paid for that treatment.
12. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to provide a service caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, we will contact you to rearrange or refund any amount paid for the affected appointment.
13. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us via Instagram Direct (@electrobynatalia). We will aim to reply within 14 days and do our best to resolve the matter.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you book applies to that booking.
15. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, but if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
